Knomi S is Aware's product focused solely on passive liveness detection and face match. It is a lightweight, flexible solution for institutions that do not need the full onboarding flow but want to quickly add liveness and face verification to their existing processes.
Face Match
- 1:1 (verification): Confirms that a person's face belongs to the presented identity or record — for example in login and transaction-approval scenarios.
- 1:N (identification): Searches a face against N enrolled faces; used in duplicate-enrollment detection and identity-identification scenarios.
Passive Liveness Detection
- Confirms liveness in the background without requiring any extra action from the user.
- Protects against spoofing attempts such as photos, videos, masks and deepfakes.
Integration
It integrates lightly and quickly into existing workflows and runs on both mobile and server side. It can be used together with the Knomi flow or stand-alone.
